Please find attached 3 files that hopefully will answer 90% of your questions in advance of Saturday's meeting, where the facts and figures relating to the Committee's suggested transformation of the Club House.
The first file simply contains some general notes relating to the grant(s) and costings for the suggested project.
The second file includes more details and particulars, with regard to the stipulations and obligations of receiving grant(s).
The third file consists of very simplistic drawings of the planned changes to the club house layout, without incurring architect's fees until the finalised project is agreed.
This presentation, after many many hours of blood, sweat and tears, is put to you the members, for your due consideration.
